A Einstein said: Humans are rare in behaviour. We do the same thing over and over and over, maby a thousand times… yet we expect a different outcome!
To get new results we have to do new things. To solve problems that occured because we acted in a certain way, we have to act differently than we did creating the problems… I mean the man was not that smart! Just very clear sighted!
